Low Season	Jan 3rd - Feb 16th, April 22nd - June 14, Sep 3rd - Dec 16th	US $787 per week
Regular Season	Feb 17th - March 30th	US $830 per week
Summer Season	June 15th - Sep 3rd	US $934 per week
Holiday Season	March 31st - April 21st, Dec 17th - Jan 5th 2013	US $2000 per 2 weeks
Pool Heat	Anytime (recommended for winter)	US $187 per week

Please note there is a 14 night minimum stay during peak season - contact us for rates on overlapping periods. For all rentals under 7 days there is an extra maids service cost of US $85.00. Baby crib and High chair available - please contact us for rates. All prices include tourist taxes.
