Low Season	Jan 5th - Feb 12th; Apr 24th - May 27th; Jun 1st - Jun 18th; Sep 5th - Dec 17th	US $787 per week
Regular Season	Feb 13th - Mar 19th; Apr 10th - 23rd; May 28th - May 31st; Nov 24th - 28th	US $830 per week
Summer Season	Jun 19th - Sep 4th	US $934 per week
Holiday Season	Mar 20th - Apr 9th; Dec 18th - Jan 3rd (2011)	US $2000 per 2 weeks
Pool Heat	Anytime (recommended for winter)	US $187 per week

Please note there is a 14 night minimum stay during peak season - contact us for rates on overlapping periods. For all rentals under 7 days there is an extra maids service cost of US $85.00. Baby crib and High chair available - please contact us for rates. All prices include tourist taxes.
